A Really Fast Workout

When you're trying to burn off body fat, the amount of effort and intensity will always out weigh the length and duration of the workout.

Below is a good example of a short, quick workout. It's important to use multiple workouts with this philosophy because you don't want your body to get used to what you're doing. So try to avoid repeating the exact same workout day after day.
